Bookappo online appointment scheduling is ideal for anyone who needs to manage bookings or appointment reservations for themselves or their company. Bookappo is flexible enough to work for a one-person as well as for multi-staff business.
Do I need to have a website to use Bookappo?
Nope! Your Bookappo account comes with a free customizable website with a branded web address (yourbiz.bookappo.com). Furthermore, your Bookappo website is optimized to show up in local search results on Google and other search engine. If you already have a website, you would simply add a link or a "BookNow" button to your site.
Can I manually accept or deny incoming online appointments?
Yes. You can manually accept or deny new online appointments before they are confirmed. For your convenience, you also can let Bookappo to automatically accept all incoming appointments.
Can I still add appointments from clients who call instead?
Absolutely. You can quickly and easily make appointments for clients over the phone or in person, you have total control over your schedule. Bookappo calendar is flexible - you can even add your personal events, block off unavailable hours, create repeat appointments, or double book time slots.
Can my clients cancel or reschedule their appointments?
Bookappo gives you complete control over your cancellation policy details. You can decide how close to the appointment time clients can cancel or reschedule online (e.g. no more than 24 hours before an appointment). You will be notified, when clients make changes online.
When does Bookappo Email My Clients?
Your clients will receive emails only in relation to appointments they have scheduled, never with third party offers or other spam. Emails are generated from our servers automatically. Bookappo sends a confirmation email to your clients, when they book their appointment, an appointment reminder prior to their scheduled time, plus a notice when you change, deny or cancel an appointment. You can also disable email reminders to specified clients.
How will I know when client book an appointment online?
You and your staff can receive email notifications of new appointments, cancellations, and time or staff changes. In overview of your calendar can see all of your newly online booked appointments.
What if my business offers services of varying length or cost?
Some services just don't have a pre-defined length or cost. Usually the case with businesses like dental practices, consultants and real estate agents. Take advantage of Bookappo by setting up slots for initial consultations, prophylaxis or standard services (with defined costs or not), and limit online bookings to just a part of your day or a few days per week.
Can I use Bookappo for online scheduling and still be HIPAA compliant?
For any business that treats patients/clients and is subject to HIPAA, compliance is an organization-wide obligation requiring procedural standards and business practices that protect the privacy and security of patient/client information. As part of these obligations, the business must ensure it only utilizes software that has adequate safeguards to protect patient/client information. Bookappo online scheduling software incorporates such technological and procedural safeguards, as detailed below.
Bookappo employs the following technological safeguards to facilitate your compliance with HIPAA: patient/client information is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption; accounts require secure login with minimum password length enforcement; the production environment is protected by stand-alone firewalls with access limited to authorized personnel via encrypted channels; and offsite backups are made daily and stored in an encrypted state.
What are the system and browser requirements?
Bookappo works in all modern web browsers (Safari, Chrome, FireFox, Opera, and IE8, IE9) on PC, Mac, Linux, Tablet PC. We recommend the latest versions of web browsers. All you need is an Internet connection, there is nothing to install.
How does your 30-day free trial work?
After creating your account, you'll have the first 30 days free. If you wish to continue using Bookappo after 30 days trial, you must choose a paid plan. If you cancel your account before the 30-day trial period ends, you won't be charged. If you upgrade your account either before or after the 30-day trial is over, you do not get an additional 30-day trial.
What is your refund policy?
You are charged each month for the prior month of service. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Since each billing covers payment for the prior month of service, we do not issue refunds after you have been billed for a period of service. Your 30-day trial will constitute your first full month of service and you will be charged the day after your trial has ended.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Our computer servers are protected and backed-up daily at state-of-the-art data centers. Our network is protected by a firewall and all plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
